Valencian paellero

Ingredients
Dehydrated garlic, salt, sweet paprika, black pepper, rosemary, thyme, cloves, coloring (curcumin) and saffron.

Does not contain gluten.

How to use

  1. Chop the beans, cut the pepper into strips, grate the tomatoes and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in the paella pan over low heat, sauté the pepper strips and garlic cloves and set aside.
  3. Sauté the chicken in the same oil and, when it is golden, add the beans, grated tomato and sauté.
  4. Add the water or broth and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.
  5. Add the Paellero Valenciana envelope and the rice. Adjust the salt to your liking.
  6. Cook at medium-high intensity for the first 10 min. Add the peppers as a decoration. Reduce the heat to medium-low until the rice has absorbed all the liquid (approx. 8 more minutes).
