Valencian paellero
Ingredients
Dehydrated garlic, salt, sweet paprika, black pepper, rosemary, thyme, cloves, coloring (curcumin) and saffron.
Does not contain gluten.
How to use
- Chop the beans, cut the pepper into strips, grate the tomatoes and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in the paella pan over low heat, sauté the pepper strips and garlic cloves and set aside.
- Sauté the chicken in the same oil and, when it is golden, add the beans, grated tomato and sauté.
- Add the water or broth and cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.
- Add the Paellero Valenciana envelope and the rice. Adjust the salt to your liking.
- Cook at medium-high intensity for the first 10 min. Add the peppers as a decoration. Reduce the heat to medium-low until the rice has absorbed all the liquid (approx. 8 more minutes).
