Instructions for use: 
PREPARING THE COOKIE BASE: Heat 25 g of butter in a container until melted, without letting it boil. Remove from the heat and add the contents of the bag of base mix.

Mix well with a spoon. Cover the bottom of the previously rinsed and dried mould, and use a spoon to spread and press very firmly so that it is distributed evenly.

Leave in the refrigerator or freezer while preparing the filling.

PREPARING THE CREAM-FLAVOURED FILLING: Important: Use cold milk. Dissolve the contents of the bag of cream mix (foil bag) in 250 ml of cold semi-skimmed milk (from the refrigerator). Beat at medium-high speed for 2–3 minutes with an electric mixer. Pour the cream over the cookie base while holding the mould firmly, and smooth evenly with a spatula. Leave in the refrigerator.
