Ingredients
Juniper 5 g
Cardamom 5 g
Pink pepper 4 g
Hibiscus flower 2 g

Instructions for use

1. Chill the glass in the freezer or fill it with ice and stir with a spoon. Discard the excess water and refill the glass with more ice.
2. Scent the rim of the glass by rubbing the peel of a citrus fruit and place the peel inside the glass. You can also add aroma with other fruits.
3. Now add the Carmencita botanicals; use them to your taste, but a pinch of each in the same glass is ideal.
4. Pour 50 ml of gin (about a small coffee cup), but no more than 70 ml.
5. Add tonic, always 4 parts tonic to 1 part gin (200 ml).
