Dehydrated broth for black rice.

Ingredients: spices (paprika, garlic, onion, ñora, pepper and saffron), salt, natural aromas (contains crustaceans, fish and extract of seafood), squid ink, tomato, sugar and coloring (curcumin).

Does not contain gluten.

How to use

  1. Add 60 ml of olive oil (6 tablespoons) to the paella pan and heat over medium-low heat. To give it a personal touch, sauté some squid rings (not included).
  2. Add the rice (360 g) and stir for 1-2 min.
  3. Add the dehydrated broth (50 g) and distribute well. Add 1.5 L of warm water (6 glasses) and increase the heat to medium-high intensity.
  4. Cook at medium-high intensity for the first 10 min. Next, reduce the heat to medium-low until the rice has absorbed all the liquid (approx. 10 more minutes).
