Ingredients
Custard:
Corn starch, thickener (carrageenan), aroma, salt and colorants (E160b (ii) and curcumin).
Cinnamon:
Cinnamon.
Does not contain gluten.
Instructions for use to prepare 10 custards (1 sachet)
- Pour 1 L of milk into a saucepan. Add 1 sachet of custard (28 g), 6 or 8 tablespoons of sugar (120 g) and dissolve.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring continuously until it starts to boil.
- Pour into containers and let cool for 1 to 3 hours in the refrigerator.
Before putting the containers in the refrigerator, you can place a cookie on each custard. Sprinkle the cinnamon on top just before serving. Instead of sugar, you can use 5 g of Carmencita granulated saccharin to make the custard. Add it at the end of cooking and stir well. Then, pour the mixture into the containers.
