The history of Carlos I brandy dates back to 1889, when a master winemaker found mysterious barrels in a corner of his winery in Jerez. They never knew where it came from, but they quickly checked the delicious brandy they contained. Its name is due to the fact that, like Carlos I himself, this brandy was destined to be a great conqueror. With an average age of more than 4 years, it is intensely aromatic, with marked notes of vanilla and cocoa. Persistent, balanced and complex in the mouth.
