Powdered preparation to make flavored sweetened curd.
With Cuajada Carmencita you can prepare delicious cheese, lemon, dulce de leche or three chocolate cakes.

Ingredients
Corn starch, sugar, thickener (carrageenan), stabilizer (orthophosphate), flavor and microbial coagulant.

Does not contain gluten.

Instructions for use to prepare 4 curds (1 sachet)

1. Mix 1 sachet of curd (12 g) in 250 ml of cold semi-skimmed milk and dissolve.
2. Heat in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it starts to boil.
3. Add 250 ml more milk to the mixture and stir until it boils again.
4. Pour into the 4 containers and chill in the refrigerator for 1 to 3 hours.
