5 x CARMENCITA Paella seafood kit - 4 servings.
With Paella Kit it is impossible to forget any ingredient to prepare a great paella.
Contains:
1 sachet of dehydrated broth 50 g.
1 bag of rice 360 g.
2 bottle of olive oil 40 ml + 40 ml.
1 glazed pan.
Ingredients:
Arroz: arroz.
Oil: extra virgin olive oil.
Dehydrated broth: spices (garlic, ñora, onion, paprika, pepper and saffron), salt, natural aromas (contain crustaceans, fish and shellfish extract), sugar, tomato and coloring (curcumin).
Does not contain gluten.
How to use:
- Add the oil (60 ml) to the paella pan and heat over medium-low heat. To give it a personal touch, sauté some pieces of squid and some prawns or add some mussels in the last 5 minutes of preparation (ingredients not included).
- Add the rice (360 g) and stir for 1-2 min.
- Add the dehydrated broth (50 g) and distribute well. Add 1.5 L of warm water (6 glasses) and increase the heat to medium-high intensity.
- Cook at medium-high intensity for the first 10 min. Next, reduce the heat to medium-low until the rice has absorbed all the liquid (approx. 10 more minutes).
