5 x CARMENCITA Paella seafood kit - 2 servings

With Paella Kit it is impossible to forget any ingredient to prepare a great paella.

Contains
1 sachet of dehydrated broth 25 g.
1 bag of rice 200 g.
1 bottle of olive oil 40 ml.
1 glazed pan.

Ingredients:

Arroz: arroz.

Oil: extra virgin olive oil.

Dehydrated broth: spices (garlic, ñora, onion, paprika, pepper and saffron), salt, natural aromas (contain crustaceans, fishand seafood extract), sugar, tomato and coloring (curcumin).

Does not contain gluten.

How to use

1. Add the oil (30 ml) to the paella pan and heat over medium-low heat. To give it a personal touch, sauté some pieces of squid and some prawns or add some mussels in the last 5 minutes of preparation (ingredients not included).
2. Add the rice (200 g) and stir for 1-2 min.
3. Add the dehydrated broth (25 g) and distribute well. Add 750 ml of warm water (3 glasses) and increase the heat to medium-high intensity.
4. Cook at medium-high intensity for the first 10 min. Next, reduce the heat to medium-low until the rice has absorbed all the liquid (approx. 10 more minutes).
