Botanicals for Gintonic.

Ingredients
5 g of wine
Cardamom 5 g
Pink pepper 4 g
Hibiscus flower 2 g

How to use

  1. Chill the glass in the freezer or fill it with ice and stir with a spoon. Discard the excess water and top off the glass with more ice.
  2. Perfume the rim of the glass by rubbing the peel of a citrus fruit and incorporate the peel into the glass. You can also flavor with other fruits.
  3. Now add the Carmencita botanicals, use them to your liking, but a pinch of each in the same glass is ideal.
  4. Pour 50 ml of gin (approximately a cup of coffee), but no more than 70 ml.
  5. Add the tonic, always 4 parts to 1 of gin (200 ml).
