Fished on the coast from February to April, mackerel is a blue fish with a high Omega 3 content. After a frying process exclusive to Conservas Ortiz, we pack it in our traditional marinade. Now also in an innovative "pouch" container, easier to open and tastier, containing a large whole mackerel, ideal for preparing delicious salads.
