Whole milk cheese with enzymatic coagulation, with a minimum maturity of 90 days. smeared with a mixture of aromatic rosemary and melted Iberian butter to flavor it, remaining in the cellar for another 90 days. Slight smell of rosemary, although the flavor of cheese prevails, and its spicy touch and aroma are very balanced.
