Frantoio: Variety native to Italian Tuscany. This EVOO is obtained from the Llanos de Ochoa Farm in the Baeza Municipal District, owned by the Oleícola Jaén Oil Mill. Very aromatic EVOO, with fruity apple, fruit porridge, almond, field herbs, with a slight bitterness and a spicy chili pepper in the mouth.
PAIRING Frantoio: Very interesting to pair raw with salmorejos and cold creams in which sweet and tropical fruits and nuts stand out, such as ajoblanco, pumpkin cream, cold yogurt and mango soup, etc. Surprising in its use for desserts and cake batters.
